Trudy, I cannot believe that we launched the RSS Feed feature without creating an entry in the Help Centre with instructions on its use! And, this blog entry about the new feature should have had a link to the Help Centre entry. Thanks for pointing this out.

We have just created an entry in the Bongo4U Help Centre containing instructions on how to setup an RSS Feed Widget. And I’ve just updated this posting to contain a link to this new help entry.

Trudy,

When you say that “It does not show when I google the name”, were you searching in the generic Google search engine , or were you searching in the Google Maps utility ?

For example, I just tried searching for “kitchener downtown bia” in Google Maps, and it found it ok and provided a pointer to it on the resulting map.

So some questions to ask would be: which search engine were you using, what name did you enter to search for, and have you performed the above mentioned instructions for getting listed in Google Maps for the name that you entered?

Hopefully that helps? If not, please provide more details…. (and thanks for the question!)

The video tutorials are not yet available. I’ll “ping” the person who is working on this to see if we can start to get some of them online, instead of waiting for all of them to be ready first.

The Bongo4U system migration to a new server was successfully completed! All systems are go. The Admin Area was available again immediately after the migration was done. Everything is now back to normal (other than being on a new server).
